Poder\u00e1 descobrir esta maravilhosa especialidade su\u00ed\u00e7a na minha <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2011\/01\/mes-voyages-culinaires-lausanne.html\">&#8220;Viagem culin\u00e1ria: Lausanne<\/a>&#8220;. \u00c9 um prato do cant\u00e3o de Vaud feito com queijo Gruy\u00e8re, que \u00e9 do cant\u00e3o de Fribourg, na Su\u00ed\u00e7a. Isto \u00e9 uma c\u00fapula de queijo sobre uma fatia de p\u00e3o, que \u00e9 depois frito. Pode parecer bastante pesado e indigesto, mas \u00e9 t\u00e3o estaladi\u00e7o, derretido, incrivelmente delicioso que \u00e9 preciso pelo menos prov\u00e1-lo para se convencer de que n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o louco como parece!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Compus esta receita sozinho, porque as receitas que encontrei nos livros ou mesmo directamente no restaurante em quest\u00e3o n\u00e3o funcionaram de todo ou n\u00e3o deram a textura desejada ou o derretimento caracter\u00edstico&nbsp;. Assim, comecei do zero e passei pelo trabalho de testar durante 3 dias inteiros com mais de 12 varia\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes. Finalmente cheguei a esta receita, que \u00e9 quase id\u00eantica, em todos os sentidos, \u00e0s de Bursins. Uma vez que as propor\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o certas, esta receita \u00e9 fant\u00e1stica porque \u00e9 simples de fazer e deliciosa de comer.
