Muitas pessoas estavam desejosas de ter a receita no meu blogue. Mas eu&nbsp;queria que&nbsp;fizesse as coisas da maneira correcta. Aqui estou eu, de volta de Cant\u00e3o, onde observei tudo em pormenor, onde fiz muitas perguntas, onde provei muitas vers\u00f5es desta famosa receita. A primeira coisa a notar \u00e9 que o arroz canton\u00eas, como \u00e9 conhecido em Fran\u00e7a, n\u00e3o \u00e9 branco. H\u00e1 sempre uma pitada de molho de soja. Aqui dou-vos uma receita para este arroz exactamente como gostei l\u00e1. De onde vem este sabor especial e delicioso? Carne de porco de Pequim (que eu pr\u00f3prio fa\u00e7o)! Mas pode ser substitu\u00eddo por pato ou galinha.
