No Brasil, a massa \u00e9 normalmente comprada pronta a fazer. Mas o segredo est\u00e1 na adi\u00e7\u00e3o da cacha\u00e7a. Este \u00e1lcool a 40\u00b0 brasileiro \u00e9 comum l\u00e1, mas pode ser mais dif\u00edcil de encontrar em Fran\u00e7a. A cacha\u00e7a pode ser substitu\u00edda por vodka, uma vez que n\u00e3o tem muito sabor.
