Notar\u00e1 que ainda n\u00e3o sugeri o m\u00e9todo cl\u00e1ssico cozinhado numa terrina no forno! Desta vez, \u00e9 um foie gras marmorizado deliberadamente cozido numa panela, sem forno, sem vapor, sem \u00e1gua&#8230; Um m\u00e9todo simples que tem a vantagem ou desvantagem (dependendo do que se procura) de perder um pouco mais de gordura do que o habitual, mas que no entanto produz um excelente foie gras. Pode optar por ter ou n\u00e3o desvanecimento. O interior deve ainda estar quase cru. Pressionar bem as fatias para remover o m\u00e1ximo de gordura poss\u00edvel. Fechar a terrina e sair para arrefecer.
