Especialmente quando \u00e9 preparado na v\u00e9spera. Simples de preparar, basta deix\u00e1-lo a cozinhar durante algumas horas depois (mexendo de qualquer maneira!) para obter esta maravilhosa carbonada. O que eu gosto nos pratos em molho \u00e9 que podem ser variados infinitamente. Esta n\u00e3o \u00e9 excep\u00e7\u00e3o, pois a cerveja utilizada, o p\u00e3o (p\u00e3o de gengibre ou cl\u00e1ssico) e a carne far\u00e3o toda a diferen\u00e7a. Apresento-vos esta receita que funciona como um encanto.
