Provavelmente devido \u00e0 combina\u00e7\u00e3o perfeita de carne, batatas fritas e um bom copo de vinho tinto que eu como na Argentina! Macio e cremoso, \u00e9 um produto imprescind\u00edvel para uma cozedura f\u00e1cil! Por isso, quis fazer um risoto que aceitasse esta ideia. O resultado foi t\u00e3o saboroso que n\u00e3o resisto a public\u00e1-lo aqui! Este risoto de espinafres \u00e9 definitivamente um desvio do dogma desta receita, mas para mim o risoto pode ser adaptado de muitas maneiras. S\u00f3 o sabor final importa&#8230; Sou um tradicionalista, mas isto \u00e9 t\u00e3o bom!<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receita para um risoto de espinafres para 4 pessoas:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-300g de arroz risotto (\u00e0 sua escolha!)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 litro de caldo de vegetais<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cubos de &#8220;ouro<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cebola<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-15cl de vinho branco doce<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g de manteiga com sal<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-500g espinafres<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-125g de mascarpone<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g de queijo parmes\u00e3o ralado fresco<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<i><br \/>\n<\/i><br \/>\n<i>Lavar cuidadosamente as folhas de espinafre. Tomando uma colher cheia de espinafres, pode-se ver se o creme escapa ou se o espinafre e o creme formam um todo.  &nbsp;Neste momento, est\u00e1 feito! Tomei uma base de Pineau des Charentes que eu tinha no frigor\u00edfico. N\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso colocar tudo, pode-se colocar um pouco de cada vez at\u00e9 que o risoto tenha o aspecto e sabor certos.
