A folha de pandano \u00e9 na realidade a folha de uma palmeira e n\u00e3o \u00e9 comida. \u00c9 amplamente utilizada na cozinha tailandesa&nbsp;pelo seu perfume. Tem um cheiro muito particular&nbsp;quando&nbsp;\u00e9 esmagado ou cozinhado.&nbsp;&nbsp;Mas n\u00e3o entrem em p\u00e2nico! Esta receita \u00e9, por si s\u00f3, excelente. Se n\u00e3o conseguir encontrar as folhas, pode marinar o frango e cozinh\u00e1-lo numa panela ou frigideira muito quente. A minha principal preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com esta receita era encontrar a receita para o molho de imers\u00e3o. F\u00e1cil de encontrar no supermercado em Banguecoque, mas imposs\u00edvel mesmo no 13\u00ba distrito de Paris, por isso quis clonar este molho. A minha vers\u00e3o dar-lhe-\u00e1 exactamente a mesma coisa. Nem da garrafa que l\u00e1 comprei consegui distinguir a minha. N\u00e3o espere mais para cozinhar este prato delicioso.
