Entretanto, este arroz com castanhas de caju e uvas passas pode ser melhorado com outros frutos secos: damascos, am\u00eandoas em flocos, etc.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receita para 4 a 6 pessoas:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-400g de arroz basmati de gr\u00e3os longos<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-80g de castanhas de caju cru<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-60g de sultanas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cebolas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 ramo de coentros<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-sal, pimenta<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-60g de ghee (ou manteiga clarificada)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 folhas de louro indiano (opcional se n\u00e3o estiver dispon\u00edvel!)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-4 c\u00e1psulas de cardamomo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 canelas em pauzinhos<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 colheres de sopa de leite<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-a pequena kasuri methi (opcional)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Esclarecer 100g de manteiga.
