Fico sempre surpreendido com o seu total dom\u00ednio da nossa gastronomia. O seu guisado \u00e9 o melhor que j\u00e1 comi em toda a minha vida. E eu estou a pesar as minhas palavras. Peter tem vindo a refinar a sua receita h\u00e1 mais de trinta anos. Hoje concorda em partilhar connosco os seus segredos sem concess\u00f5es&nbsp;e com toda a sua paix\u00e3o e amor pela nossa cozinha francesa. Demorei algum tempo a colocar a receita online porque a fiz duas vezes, uma com Pedro para compreender tudo e outra em casa para explicar tudo em pormenor. Depois tive de arranjar tempo para tirar as fotografias e escrever esta longa receita.
