Com este, escolhi intencionalmente misturar os sabores de tr\u00eas pa\u00edses que me s\u00e3o caros: Su\u00ed\u00e7a com queijo emmental, Brasil com bolas de queijo (originalmente “bolinhos de queijo”) e Espanha com esta deliciosa fritada de azeite de oliva. O resultado \u00e9 sensacional: bolinhos de massa crocantes, dourados e roli\u00e7os com um interior de queijo derretido e a pingar! Decadente de facto, mas t\u00e3o ganancioso… Afinal, estou feliz por cuidar da categoria gourmet de Alvalle!
