Uma pequena maravilha, especialmente com presunto Serrano no interior. Juntamente com um delicioso Gaspacho Verde Alvalle, isto dar-nos-\u00e1 toda a energia de que precisamos para uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o completa. Pode ent\u00e3o ser manuseado e os croquetes podem ser formados com farinha, ovos e farinha. Quando se fritam, o b\u00e9chamel dentro volta a ficar cremoso! \u00c9 isso mesmo!
