Uma receita aparentemente simples que \u00e9 muito mais perfumada do que parece. \u00c9 uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e verdadeiramente original. Coloco muito mais coentros picados no arroz e na galinha do que na minha fotografia. Este prato \u00e9 encontrado em muitos pa\u00edses asi\u00e1ticos, mas especialmente em Singapura onde foi trazido pelos chineses da prov\u00edncia\/ilha de Hainan. Com um pouco de molho de piripiri ou o molho de frango pandanus leaf, esta deliciosa refei\u00e7\u00e3o assumir\u00e1 uma dimens\u00e3o totalmente nova!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nReceita para 4 pessoas:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Para a galinha:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 frango inteiro<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 grande peda\u00e7o de raiz de gengibre<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 ramo de coentros<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-5 cebolas chinesas ou, na falta destas, cebolinhas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-friedail<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de sopa de \u00f3leo de gergelim tostado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-sal, pimenta<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">Para o arroz:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-400g de arroz<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-700ml de caldo de galinha.&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 colheres de sopa de \u00f3leo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 dentes de alho<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2cm de gengibre fresco ralado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-um pequeno n\u00famero de folhas de coentros<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-sal, pimenta<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">Para servir:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">molho picante, molho de soja doce (ver a receita na galinha com folhas de pandano <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2012\/03\/le-poulet-aux-feuilles-de-pandanus.html#more\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AQUI<\/a>),&nbsp;molho&nbsp;com gengibre&#8230;<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Prepare o frango: limpe-o bem (a menos que seja um frango limpo do supermercado) e coloque-o numa panela que o possa segurar.&nbsp;<\/i><\/div>\n<p><i><br \/><\/i><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
