E sempre que \u00e9 um prazer t\u00e3o grande, que n\u00e3o posso&nbsp;parar de os partilhar aqui em&nbsp;. Portanto, hoje em dia, uma tagine. H\u00e1 tantos tagines como h\u00e1 cozinheiros em Marrocos. Em Fran\u00e7a, estamos frequentemente habituados a comer as mesmas tagines. Enquanto que uma tagine pode referir-se a toda uma gama de receitas incr\u00edveis. Esta tajina de vitela \u00e9 divina: carne derretida, legumes, m\u00faltiplos e inesperados sabores e um pouco de lim\u00e3o cristalizado para sublinhar tudo! A deve tentar&#8230;!<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>Para esta receita, usei vegetais frescos pela primeira vez. Mas esta receita \u00e9 perfeitamente vi\u00e1vel com vegetais congelados. &nbsp;N\u00e3o posso recomendar Picard&#8217;s suficientes: os fundos de alcachofra da Bretanha, numa caixa de cart\u00e3o, s\u00e3o perfeitos e as &#8220;ervilhas de jardim&#8221; s\u00e3o ervilhas grandes que s\u00e3o quase&nbsp;id\u00eanticas \u00e0s frescas que voc\u00ea mesmo descasca. Fiz esta tagine duas vezes, uma com vegetais frescos em Marrocos e em casa com vegetais de Picard para ver a diferen\u00e7a. \u00c9 delicioso em ambos os casos!&nbsp;<\/b><\/div>\n<p>\nReceita de tagine de vitela com ervilhas e alcachofras:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-1kg de vitela (com um pouco de osso)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-6 colheres de sopa de \u00f3leo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cebolas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 dentes de alho, esmagados<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de ch\u00e1 de gengibre em p\u00f3<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de ch\u00e1 de sal<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de pimenta preta mo\u00edda<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de curcuma em p\u00f3<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pitada de corante de a\u00e7afr\u00e3o (opcional ou dois ou tr\u00eas pistilos de a\u00e7afr\u00e3o real)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-500g ervilhas descascadas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-6 fundos de alcachofra<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pequeno grupo de coentros<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pequeno ramo de salsa plana<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 lim\u00e3o cristalizado (com sal)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
