E desta vez \u00e9 um risoto ligeiramente menos tradicional, mas ainda&nbsp;absolutamente&nbsp;delicioso: cogumelos num creme de alho liso para um risoto derretido com parmes\u00e3o. Queria cozinhar shiitake (novamente depois da <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2013\/02\/la-tarte-crousti-fondante-aux-shiitakes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tarte shiitake<\/a>) e shimeji porque tinha muito no frigor\u00edfico depois das compras no Tang&#8217;s. E assim comecei a fazer este risoto, o que \u00e9 realmente muito bom. Pode substituir estes cogumelos ex\u00f3ticos por muito mais cl\u00e1ssicos e tenho a certeza que este risoto vai agradar de qualquer forma!
