Sim, fui l\u00e1 ao encontro de Kazuo que me queria ensinar receitas japonesas. Uma das vantagens de ter um blogue de cozinha \u00e9 que pode conhecer muitas pessoas novas, o que \u00e9 sempre uma coisa boa! Aprendi com ele alguns truques para fazer sushi e maki. Dirijo-me a eles mais tarde no blogue. Mas antes, deixem-me apresentar-vos o tamagoyaki, tamago que significa ovo e yaki que significa grelhado. \u00c9 portanto uma omelete japonesa, mas muito especial porque \u00e9 ligeiramente doce e cont\u00e9m tamb\u00e9m dehi. \u00c9 especialmente o desenho que vale a pena ver!
