Acabo de regressar de Banguecoque onde pude provar este caril panang com carne de porco, l\u00edchias e amendoins e n\u00e3o pude esperar: assim que voltei comecei! Aqui est\u00e1 a minha vers\u00e3o, que foi rapidamente comida por todos os meus convidados. Este caril \u00e9 uma viagem em si mesmo. A Tail\u00e2ndia convida-se a entrar na panela, especialmente com um bom <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/01\/riz-gluant.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">arroz caseiro pegajoso<\/a>! Um caril que farei repetidamente&#8230;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receita de caril panang com carne de porco e lichia para 6 a 8 pessoas:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-900g de lombo de porco desossado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 colheres de sopa de \u00f3leo<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-75g a 100g de pasta de caril panang (dependendo da for\u00e7a da malagueta que se quer)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1,5 litros de leite de coco para cozinhar<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de sopa de molho de peixe<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 colheres de ch\u00e1 de a\u00e7\u00facar de palma ou a\u00e7\u00facar de vergeoise<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-500g de l\u00edchias descascadas e sem caro\u00e7o, frescas ou em lata<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-200ml de sumo de lichia (o que est\u00e1 na caixa \u00e9 perfeito)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-7-8 folhas de kaffir (ou mais)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-100g de amendoins assados sem sal<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-uma d\u00fazia de folhas de coentros planas (maiores, mas os coentros cl\u00e1ssicos servem perfeitamente)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">&#8211; arroz glutinoso (receita<a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/01\/riz-gluant.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> AQUI<\/a>)&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Esta \u00e9 a pasta de caril panang.
