H\u00e1 muitas especialidades que tenciono partilhar convosco um dia. Este \u00e9 um deles! Parece ser&nbsp;&nbsp; guacamole, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 nada parecido. S\u00e3o feij\u00f5es verdes esmagados com especiarias e ervas arom\u00e1ticas, mas tamb\u00e9m com cebola frita e azeite de oliva. Uma iguaria para ser apreciada com p\u00e3o, um pouco como <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/05\/le-hoummos-mtabbal.html\">hummus<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2011\/08\/le-baba-ganoush.html\">babaganoush<\/a>. Procurei uma forma simples de o preparar sem gastar horas com isso. Utilizo aqui cebolas fritas pr\u00e9-preparadas, que podem ser facilmente encontradas no supermercado. Cabe-lhe a si se quiser frit\u00e1-los voc\u00ea mesmo&#8230;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nReceita para bissara:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-500g de feij\u00e3o verde (peso cozido, caso contr\u00e1rio 250g de feij\u00e3o verde seco para cozinhar)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-100g de azeite<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-75g de cebola frita<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 pequenos dentes de alho<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-3-4 raminhos de salsa plana<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-3-4 raminhos de coentros<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de ch\u00e1 de coentros em p\u00f3<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de ch\u00e1 de cominho em p\u00f3<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de sal<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Cozinhar o feij\u00e3o. Pode-se usar os secos que se ensopam da noite para o dia. Devem ent\u00e3o ser cozinhados de acordo com as instru\u00e7\u00f5es do pacote e a pele removida. Caso contr\u00e1rio, tamb\u00e9m pode encontrar os congelados j\u00e1 descascados! Pode fritar cebolas frescas fatiadas, mas as cebolas fritas s\u00e3o muito f\u00e1ceis de encontrar no supermercado.
