Admito, \u00e9 sempre a mesma coisa: como demais e bebo demais! Mas como \u00e9 bom! Em Belo Horizonte, que n\u00e3o est\u00e1 muito perto do mar, tivemos este t\u00e1rtaro de salm\u00e3o num restaurante de que gosto muito, que gostei muito imediatamente. No final, \u00e9 o vinagre que desempenha o papel do lim\u00e3o. S\u00f3 uso um pouco deste sumo, pois queria um t\u00e1rtaro muito suave.
