Voltei recentemente a Marrocos e foi uma amiga, Myriem com a nossa Touria tradicional, que me deu o seu m\u00e9todo. \u00c9 imperativo utilizar lim\u00f5es org\u00e2nicos e ter um pouco de paci\u00eancia, pois s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias pelo menos duas semanas (e francamente mais) para que estejam prontos a comer num prato delicioso. Mas que prazer faz\u00ea-los voc\u00ea mesmo, especialmente se tiver a sorte de poder cultiv\u00e1-los em casa!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receita (ou melhor, m\u00e9todo!)<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><b><span style=\"\">uma d\u00fazia de lim\u00f5es org\u00e2nicos<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1kg de sal grosso<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estes s\u00e3o os \u00fanicos ingredientes para tornar os lim\u00f5es salgados t\u00e3o caros aos nossos amigos marroquinos. \u00c9 essencial a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de lim\u00f5es org\u00e2nicos n\u00e3o tratados ap\u00f3s a colheita. Demora um m\u00ednimo de duas semanas (ou at\u00e9 mais como um m\u00eas) antes de se poder usar o confit de lim\u00e3o em sal numa receita. O sumo dos lim\u00f5es ir\u00e1 normalmente cobri-los. Se n\u00e3o for este o caso, pode adicionar \u00e1gua. Mas esperar 3-4 dias e agitar o frasco uma vez por dia para ver se o sumo n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nPode mant\u00ea-los durante muito tempo. Coloque-os num arm\u00e1rio longe da luz.
