Como devem saber, vou frequentemente a Marrocos e aprendo sempre muitas receitas deliciosas. O meloui \u00e9 uma panqueca pequena e escamosa que \u00e9 absolutamente divina e que pode ser encontrada na maior parte do Magrebe. Regado com mel ao pequeno-almo\u00e7o ou como acompanhamento de uma tagine, o meloui \u00e9 irresist\u00edvel. Um grande obrigado a Miryem e Bouchra que aceitaram partilhar comigo os seus conhecimentos culin\u00e1rios (fiz-lhes um bolo de morango e um kouign amann).
