Os amendoins quebradi\u00e7os v\u00eam dos Estados Unidos e s\u00e3o uma esp\u00e9cie de caramelo levemente salgado com uma crosta de amendoim. Para as fabricar, necessitar\u00e1 de xarope de glucose, que evita que o a\u00e7\u00facar se cristalize. Pode encontr\u00e1-lo muito facilmente nos supermercados hoje em dia, na sec\u00e7\u00e3o de cozedura com fermento em p\u00f3, etc. E tamb\u00e9m vai precisar de bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio, que \u00e9 adicionado no final para fazer o caramelo resultante inchar e ficar muito crocante!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receita para amendoins fr\u00e1geis:<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">250g de a\u00e7\u00facar<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 colher de ch\u00e1 de sal<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">100g de xarope de glucose<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">300g de amendoins crus<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">35g de manteiga semi-salgada<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 colher de ch\u00e1 de bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nVerter o a\u00e7\u00facar, sal e xarope de glucose numa ca\u00e7arola.
