Por baixo da sua apar\u00eancia pouco saud\u00e1vel, esta \u00e9 na realidade uma receita realmente equilibrada e leve mas muito saborosa. \u00c9 por isso que lho ofere\u00e7o, embora n\u00e3o seja muito representativo do meu blogue. Mas estes bolinhos de carne com este fondue de cebola (n\u00e3o h\u00e1 necessidade de a\u00e7\u00facar ou manteiga!) s\u00e3o realmente&nbsp;deliciosos. E depois da viagem culin\u00e1ria&nbsp;&nbsp; de Lausanne e S\u00e3o Francisco, precisei de uma pequena pausa para o meu est\u00f4mago!
