Duas camadas de creme de manteiga de caf\u00e9 e uma de ganache de chocolate, ensanduichadas entre biscoitos &#8220;joconde&#8221; perfurados com xarope de caf\u00e9&#8230; O bolo n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o dif\u00edcil como parece, mas requer um pouco de equipamento. Pode faz\u00ea-lo numa vers\u00e3o grande como eu fiz para 20 pessoas ou pode reduzir as quantidades e faz\u00ea-lo numa frigideira em forma de mola com uma aresta remov\u00edvel.
