Aqui est\u00e3o os &#8220;siu mai&#8221; de Xangai, com uma forma caracter\u00edstica, mais estreita no meio. O recheio \u00e9 diferente e consiste em arroz glutinoso. Desta vez, a massa \u00e9 feita \u00e0 m\u00e3o. Dou aqui o m\u00e9todo aut\u00eantico com tudo o que implica&#8230;! Utilizo um pequeno rolo &#8220;siu mai&#8221; com uma forma muito particular, sendo este apenas dedicado a este siu mai. Pode ser encontrado em Chinatown.
