Parece o Outono, alguns dias&#8230; Por isso, apeteceu-me confortar as coisas. Entre este \u00faltimo bolo de avel\u00e3 e a pr\u00f3xima receita que estou prestes a publicar, estamos no meio de uma decad\u00eancia cal\u00f3rica! Eu queria um bolo rico com a textura perfeita que tinha em mente. Tive de fazer v\u00e1rias tentativas para chegar a estas propor\u00e7\u00f5es que correspondem idealmente ao bolo que eu gosto. Prevejo a pergunta que por vezes me fazem quando publico uma receita de bolo: n\u00e3o, n\u00e3o est\u00e1 de todo seco. Pelo contr\u00e1rio! \u00c9 um pouco como um financiador, mas com dosagens diferentes. E com a cobertura de chocolate suave e as avel\u00e3s picadas, fiquei viciado. Para tal, quebrar 4 ovos grandes e colocar as claras numa tigela. Usei aqui p\u00f3 de baunilha. Na realidade \u00e9 a baunilha que foi utilizada e mo\u00edda em p\u00f3, n\u00e3o a vanilina. E ainda por cima! Dispersar a levedura uniformemente. Os bolos s\u00f3 se tornam perfeitos depois de uma noite no frigor\u00edfico.
