Isto fez-me rir, porque s\u00f3 ouvi falar desta escassez depois de ter anunciado o v\u00eddeo. Mas ainda quero fazer bolos, mesmo sem manteiga, e acabei de receber um novo utens\u00edlio da KitchenAid. Estes dois elementos deram-me a ideia de fazer este bolo, naturalmente sem gl\u00faten, com farinha de trigo sarraceno e avel\u00e3s. Com uma pitada de mel e canela, cheira a Outono.
