Fiz v\u00e1rias tentativas de propor\u00e7\u00f5es e cozedura para obter um p\u00e3o de gengibre que realmente gosto. Cont\u00e9m muito bom material: mel, laranja cristalizada, lim\u00e3o cristalizado, am\u00eandoas picadas, especiarias, e vai manter-se durante muito tempo. O \u00fanico problema com a receita \u00e9 que o p\u00e3o de gengibre s\u00f3 \u00e9 bom para 3-4 dias ap\u00f3s a cozedura! Este \u00e9 frequentemente o caso de todos os p\u00e3es de gengibre. Gostaria tamb\u00e9m de vos apresentar um ingrediente especial: potassa. \u00c9 realmente o agente fermentador utilizado neste estilo de bolo. No entanto, ao cozinhar, desaparece completamente. A vantagem do potassa \u00e9 que faz a massa subir de uma forma muito diferente ao fermento em p\u00f3 ou ao bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio. A massa tende a crescer nos lados e n\u00e3o para cima.
