Sempre adorei esta especialidade do Piemonte&nbsp;! Por isso, quando me deparei com este molde, quis imediatamente fazer um gigante que pesasse mais de um quilo e meio! Durante as f\u00e9rias, pode coloc\u00e1-lo num prato e cort\u00e1-lo em fatias \u00e0 medida que os seus amigos o visitam! Come\u00e7as pela pasta de avel\u00e3 muito fluida (precisas de uma boa batedeira), depois adicionas chocolate e manteiga de cacau, \u00e9 isso! E n\u00e3o precisa desse molde gigante para fazer este gianduia. Pode despej\u00e1-lo em qualquer formato que desejar!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nReceita para Gianduia :<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">800g de avel\u00e3s inteiras cruas sem pele&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">400g de a\u00e7\u00facar de confeiteiro<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">115g de manteiga de cacau<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">280g de manta preta ou leitosa&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>\nAntes de come\u00e7ar, devo salientar que as propor\u00e7\u00f5es utilizadas acima s\u00e3o bastante enormes. S\u00e3o perfeitos para o molde gigante de gianduia que comprei. Caso contr\u00e1rio, o misturador est\u00e1 demasiado cheio. Colocar 200g de avel\u00e3s e 100g de a\u00e7\u00facar de confeiteiro e reduzi-lo a uma pasta muito fina.
