Eu n\u00e3o era realmente f\u00e3 de bolos de fruta cristalizada at\u00e9 h\u00e1 dois ou tr\u00eas anos atr\u00e1s. E, de repente, fiquei louco por isso! Quem sabe porqu\u00ea? Apresento-vos a minha receita muito f\u00e1cil de fazer. S\u00f3 ter\u00e1 de come\u00e7ar na v\u00e9spera para embeber a fruta cristalizada no rum. Um palco com fragr\u00e2ncias deliciosas. Como com o meu \u00faltimo bolo de libra (receita <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2016\/07\/quatre-quarts-ultime.html\">AQUI<\/a>), eu n\u00e3o bato a\u00e7\u00facar com ovos, ou manteiga com a\u00e7\u00facar, ou qualquer coisa realmente! Uma mistura r\u00e1pida e finalmente pouco fermento. No entanto, o bolo est\u00e1 bem ensopado! E esque\u00e7a a farinha \u00e0 volta da fruta para evitar que esta caia no fundo da massa. O importante aqui \u00e9 simplesmente a consist\u00eancia da massa. Se a fruta for boa, ser\u00e1 bem distribu\u00edda! Pese-os, n\u00e3o conte com os que est\u00e3o na fotografia! Porque usei um molde maior e quantidades maiores!
