Especialmente quando \u00e9 feita com massa folhada caseira caramelizada e um creme fresco, rico e cremoso. Coloquei as 1000 folhas de baunilha no meu primeiro livro, &#8220;mes desserts&#8221;, que n\u00e3o fiz desde que saiu. Por isso, queria mesmo fazer a vers\u00e3o praline para o meu blogue de culin\u00e1ria. A minha vers\u00e3o porqu\u00ea? Porque desenvolvi o creme para obter o que tinha em mente e o que gosto. Fiz v\u00e1rias tentativas para o fazer. Come\u00e7o com um creme muito firme, enriquecido com manteiga, que vou bater com pasta de pralin\u00e9 caseira. Depois acrescento um chantilly e um mascarpone. De facto, esta \u00e9 a defini\u00e7\u00e3o de creme diplom\u00e1tico: creme de leite&nbsp;+ creme de leite batido. O resultado \u00e9 incrivelmente bom: o creme \u00e9 rico como deveria ser, mas n\u00e3o demasiado doce. Esta sobremesa s\u00f3 vale a pena com massa folhada caseira. Por isso, ter\u00e1 de come\u00e7ar no dia anterior. \u00c9 preciso um pouco de trabalho, mas as 1000 folhas s\u00e3o divinas!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUma verdadeira institui\u00e7\u00e3o que Pierre Herm\u00e9 deu a conhecer. Claro que as 1000 folhas j\u00e1 existem h\u00e1 muito tempo, mas esta vers\u00e3o com pralina e uma camada de pralina estaladi\u00e7a prov\u00e9m dele. Levei (especialmente para as minhas aulas!) um pr\u00e1tico cortador de folhas.
