H\u00e1 muito tempo que penso em fazer um risoto de caril verde, pois os sabores e as texturas misturam-se perfeitamente, mesmo que n\u00e3o seja nada tradicional, mas completamente delicioso! Para o pato, eu queria realmente sugerir este novo m\u00e9todo de cozedura que considero \u00f3ptimo. Vi-o num restaurante h\u00e1 quase 3 anos atr\u00e1s e coloquei-o no canto da minha mente. Aqui est\u00e1 finalmente e permitir-lhe-\u00e1 obter um corte muito fino e visual do peito de pato grelhado.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receita para 4 pessoas :<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>25g de manteiga semi-salgada<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>2 colheres de sopa de \u00f3leo neutro (tye colza)<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>300g de arroz risotto<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>100ml de vinho branco<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>1 litro de caldo de vegetais<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>2 colheres de ch\u00e1 amontoadas de pasta de caril verde (para uma receita caseira \u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2010\/06\/le-curry-vert.html\">AQUI)<\/a><\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>100ml de creme de coco<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>1 colher de ch\u00e1 de a\u00e7\u00facar mascavado<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>algumas folhas de manjeric\u00e3o tailand\u00eas<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>sal, pimenta<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>2 peitos de pato<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nAntes de come\u00e7ar qualquer coisa, coloque os seus dois peitos de pato no congelador durante pelo menos 3 horas. Ver\u00e1 no resto da receita a raz\u00e3o para este armazenamento a frio.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPara esta receita, utilizei pasta de caril verde caseira. Depois deix\u00e1-los cozinhar durante pelo menos 2-3 minutos do lado da carne. A verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da d\u00e1diva com este m\u00e9todo \u00e9 simples, basta abrir a fatia entre duas fatias.
