Um dos pratos deste curso era a carne de porco salteada com rebentos de alho (sim &#8220;rebentos&#8221; e n\u00e3o &#8220;cravinho&#8221;!!). F\u00e1cil de fazer. A parte mais dif\u00edcil \u00e9 encontrar os rebentos de alho, o que n\u00e3o \u00e9 um problema se se for a uma mercearia asi\u00e1tica! Os rebentos de alho s\u00e3o mais como feij\u00f5es verdes com um ligeiro sabor a alho. Este legume tamb\u00e9m pode ser substitu\u00eddo por outro legume verde.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; Adicionar os rebentos de alho e duas colheres de sopa de \u00e1gua (isto \u00e9 para cozinhar os rebentos).
