Eu queria uma tarte enorme, com uma massa deliciosamente amanteigada e um recheio saboroso. Frango, alho-porro, aipo e um toque de caril d\u00e3o a este prato um sabor extraordin\u00e1rio. Esta tarte \u00e9 realmente grande, mas pode reduzir para metade as quantidades com as medidas que lhe dou abaixo. Eu tinha feito muitas saladas (ricas, n\u00e3o verdes!), mas esta tarte foi um grande sucesso com os meus convidados!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receita para um c\u00edrculo de torta (enorme!) de 26cm de di\u00e2metro e 6cm de altura:<br \/>\n(a ser dividido por 2 para um c\u00edrculo de 22cm de di\u00e2metro e 4cm de altura)<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1,4 kg de peito de frango<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">2 cebolas<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">3 alhos-por\u00f3s<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">3 caules de aipo<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">4 colheres de ch\u00e1 de p\u00f3 de caril amarelo<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">180g de Saint M\u00f4ret&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">180g de creme de queijo<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">azeite de oliva<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">sal, pimenta<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">Colar :&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">500g de farinha<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">335g de manteiga semi-salgada<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">80g de ovo&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 gema de ovo para dourar<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nColocar os peitos de frango em \u00e1gua com sal a ferver durante 12 minutos. Pode escamote\u00e1-lo com um garfo, que \u00e9 um pouco comprido para esta receita. Tamb\u00e9m se pode colocar o frango (cozinhado e arrefecido) no misturador.
