Como muitos, fiquei intrigado, depois subjugado pelo m\u00e9todo de William Lamagn\u00e8re, pasteleiro no Closerie des Lilas, perto de Montparnasse. Estava especialmente interessado no utens\u00edlio utilizado para cortar as ma\u00e7\u00e3s e procurei-o durante muito tempo! Mostrei uma imagem do v\u00eddeo em que o Sr. Lamagn\u00e8re explica&nbsp; como corta as suas ma\u00e7\u00e3s, a lojas no Jap\u00e3o, porque disse que se tratava de um bandolim japon\u00eas. No ano passado, percorri os distritos de cozinha em Osaka e T\u00f3quio e os vendedores pensaram que eu estava louco. Afinal de contas, este madolino &#8220;japon\u00eas&#8221; \u00e9 inspirado nos mandolins daikon, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 vendido pela fruta! Acabei por comprar um devedor daikon de qualquer maneira!<br \/>\nFinalmente encontrei o mesmo bandolim que o nosso cozinheiro usa, num site franc\u00eas para descobrir que este bandolim \u00e9 de facto franc\u00eas, apesar do nome do bandolim japon\u00eas. Por isso, tamb\u00e9m a comprei.<br \/>\nDepois a KitchenAid saiu com o mesmo acess\u00f3rio que serve ao processador de alimentos e eu tinha a solu\u00e7\u00e3o. J\u00e1 vos falei disso na minha tarte em espiral de am\u00eandoa de ma\u00e7\u00e3 e chocolate (receita <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2017\/11\/tarte-spirale-aux-pommes-et-creme.html\">AQUI<\/a>). Portanto, sim, para esta receita, precisa deste dispositivo&#8230; Desde ent\u00e3o vendi o cortador de daikon, e coloquei o bandolim japon\u00eas (mas comprado em Fran\u00e7a) na Bretanha, na casa dos meus pais!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nAcho o resultado t\u00e3o delicioso que n\u00e3o pude n\u00e3o publicar a receita aqui. Fa\u00e7o-o numa aula de massa folhada e os alunos ficam sempre encantados por descobrir a tarte quando esta n\u00e3o \u00e9 moldada. Ir em pequenas quantidades. Permitir sempre que o a\u00e7\u00facar derreta completamente antes de adicionar mais.
