Por isso, quis fazer esta salada vietnamita que tinha apreciado em Ho Chi Minh. Pequenos peda\u00e7os de carne de porco, marinados, grelhados e caramelizados numa salada com sabores frescos, complexos e m\u00faltiplos. \u00c9 uma verdadeira viagem na sua tigela e dificilmente se sentir\u00e1 mal com isso! Muito simples de fazer, a parte mais complicada \u00e9 juntar todos os ingredientes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a>Para 4 pessoas:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Receita de carne de porco marinada:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-400g de lombo de porco desossado<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-5 dentes de alho<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 pequenas chalotas (aproximadamente tanta quantidade de alho como chalota por peso)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 colheres de sopa de erva-lim\u00e3o picada<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 colheres de sopa de mel<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-4 colheres de sopa de nuoc m\u00e2m<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b style=\"\">-2 colheres de sopa de \u00f3leo<\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">&#8211; pimenta preta mo\u00edda<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">Salada:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">Molho:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-o sumo de 2 grandes limas<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-4 colheres de sopa de nuoc m\u00e2m<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-5 colheres de sopa de a\u00e7\u00facar<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 colheres de sopa de \u00e1gua<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-4 dentes de alho, picados<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pequena pimenta vermelha ou verde de p\u00e1ssaro<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-Lettuce ou folhas de carvalho<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-150g de macarr\u00e3o de arroz seco para ser re-hidratado (tomei o macarr\u00e3o para pho, mas pode tomar aletria de arroz)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">&#8211; lentilha-de-\u00e1gua<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-shiso deixa<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-Thai manjeric\u00e3o<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-Bola chinesa<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">&#8211; folhas de menta (ou folhas de menta, se necess\u00e1rio)&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-200g de rebentos de feij\u00e3o mungo (muitas vezes chamados &#8220;rebentos de soja&#8221;)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de sopa de amendoins assados n\u00e3o salgados por por\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 colher de sopa de \u00f3leo por por\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-somas sementes de s\u00e9samo tostadas para decora\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Primeiro, congelar o lombo de porco para que seja mais f\u00e1cil de cortar em fatias. Utilizei aqui capim-lim\u00e3o congelado, j\u00e1 cortado, que tenho sempre no meu congelador. Claro que, em vez disso, pode cortar capim-lim\u00e3o fresco (2 paus), removendo a base e uma boa parte do caule (o sabor \u00e9 concentrado no bulbo!!).  &nbsp;Acrescentar tamb\u00e9m pimenta preta mo\u00edda. Em alternativa, fa\u00e7a como eu, grelhe a carne de porco no seu forno em modo de grelhar.
