Um leite de coco servido muito frio, ligeiramente ado\u00e7ado com bolas de tapioca e bananas frescas, aromatizado com folhas de pandan. Uma sobremesa totalmente vegetariana que fiz para uma pessoa vegana. Tinha feito sobremesas tailandesas no meu primeiro livro, &#8220;My Desserts&#8221; (Fammarion 2014) e tinha posto uma receita de leite de coco fresco com castanhas de \u00e1gua com amido de tapioca, e um leite de coco quente com bananas cozidas. Aqui \u00e9 ainda mais simples. Basta arrefec\u00ea-lo no frigor\u00edfico e servir gelado com fatias de banana.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Receita para 4 pessoas :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>1 litro de leite de coco<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>100g de a\u00e7\u00facar de palma ou a\u00e7\u00facar para a tosse<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>50g de bolas de tapioca (usei bolas j\u00e1 aromatizadas com folha de pandan)<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"\"><b>2 bananas<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nAqui est\u00e3o as bolas de tapioca que comprei na loja de Paris. Estes j\u00e1 s\u00e3o aromatizados com o aroma de pandan.
