N\u00e3o se preocupe, porque n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nada de seco neste millefeuille, bem pelo contr\u00e1rio, e \u00e9 f\u00e1cil de cortar e comer, tal como um millefeuille doce! Com massa folhada invertida de manteiga pura caseira, salm\u00e3o cozido extremamente mole, tarama cremosa e bom salm\u00e3o fumado, este millefeuille decadente \u00e9 perfeito com uma salada. Ao fechar a caixa, com um papel em cima da massa, esta \u00faltima fica bloqueada no desenvolvimento da sua escamosidade a 1 cm de altura. Comprei-o na Internet, digitando &#8220;placa laminadora&#8221;. \u00c9 um pouco caro, mas eu utilizo-o para as minhas aulas.
