Isto d\u00e1-lhe 175g de avel\u00e3s, 175g de am\u00eandoas e 150g de a\u00e7\u00facar. Misturar o todo num p\u00f3 grosseiro e tomar 120g deste pralin\u00e9 para o gelo de pedra. Mas prefiro muito a vers\u00e3o sem chocolate, por isso basta olhar para as bolas de praline (a mais leve nas 2 imagens abaixo). Utilizei moldes &#8220;trufas 20&#8221; de Silikomart para isto. Mas tamb\u00e9m se pode colocar a pralina num molde de cubo de gelo.
