J&#8217;avais \u00e9crit une recette de buns dans mon livre &#8220;Mon grain de sel&#8221;, Flammarion 2015 et une version totalement v\u00e9gane dans &#8220;V\u00e9g\u00e9terrien&#8221;, Flammarion 2017. Je vous propose cette fois une version archi moelleuse qui pourra \u00eatre d\u00e9vor\u00e9e en hamburger ou simplement au petit d\u00e9jeuner en y ajoutant pourquoi pas des p\u00e9pites de chocolat.
