Eu tinha visto uma tarte semelhante no Yann Couvreur&#8217;s, mas n\u00e3o tive tempo de a experimentar. Pensei em como fazer a minha pr\u00f3pria vers\u00e3o com um creme de manjeric\u00e3o e creme de am\u00eandoa de lim\u00e3o e o resultado foi al\u00e9m das minhas expectativas. Especialmente com os morangos da \u00e9poca, que s\u00e3o sublimes neste momento! Para a t\u00e9cnica, \u00e9 utilizado um tecido arejado para o fundo e lado do c\u00edrculo, o que evita o incha\u00e7o da massa. Isto significa que pode ser cozido sem ervilhas ou uma t\u00e9cnica de saco de farinha. Pensei em como fazer a minha pr\u00f3pria vers\u00e3o com um creme de manjeric\u00e3o e creme de am\u00eandoa de lim\u00e3o e o resultado foi al\u00e9m das minhas expectativas. Especialmente com os morangos da \u00e9poca, que s\u00e3o sublimes neste momento! Para a t\u00e9cnica, \u00e9 utilizado um tecido arejado para o fundo e lado do c\u00edrculo, o que evita o incha\u00e7o da massa. Isto significa que pode ser cozido sem ervilhas ou uma t\u00e9cnica de saco de farinha.
