Eu tinha provado um sorbet semelhante em Banguecoque \u00e0 hora do ch\u00e1 no &#8220;Salon des Auteurs&#8221; em L&#8217;Oriental (ver o relat\u00f3rio <a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/09\/mes-voyages-culinaires-bangkok.html\">AQUI<\/a>). \u00c9 oferecido antes do prato de cupcake! A minha vers\u00e3o \u00e9 muito limonada, com gengibre fresco para adicionar um pouco de zing \u00e0 acidez da cal. Como uma sobremesa com alguns p\u00e3es curtos, ser\u00e1 perfeito!<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">Receita para um litro de sorbet de lima e gengibre:<\/h2>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>-400ml (ou gramas) de sumo de lima (cerca de 12-13)<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>-3 cent\u00edmetros de raiz de gengibre<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>-700g de xarope especial de sorvete de lim\u00e3o<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>Xarope especial de sorvete de lim\u00e3o:<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>-700g de a\u00e7\u00facar<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>-500g de \u00e1gua<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><b>-6g de estabilizador de gelo (super neutrose)<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\"><i>N\u00e3o entrem em p\u00e2nico!!! Se n\u00e3o tiver super neutrose, pode fazer o que faz frequentemente, por&nbsp;substituindo&nbsp;por uma ou duas claras de ovo. Neste caso, n\u00e3o ter em conta a super neutrose.
