Une d\u00e9licieuse tranche de pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices, servie chaude et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e au beurre sal\u00e9, surmont\u00e9e d&#8217;une boule de cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e assez d\u00e9concertante! Je vous laisse la d\u00e9couvrir dans la recette. Mais le plus troublant est que l&#8217;on connait tous tr\u00e8s bien la saveur de cette cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e, mais on ne s&#8217;attend pas du tout \u00e0 cela en dessert. Le cerveau a souvent du mal \u00e0 mettre un nom sur cet ingr\u00e9dient si familier.
