J&#8217;avais d\u00e9gust\u00e9 un dessert similaire en Bretagne (l\u00e0 d&#8217;o\u00f9 vient toute ma famille) et je l&#8217;avais trouv\u00e9 absolument d\u00e9licieux. Je suis fan de sarrasin et on l&#8217;utilise encore trop peu dans le sucr\u00e9. Alors qu&#8217;une galette de bl\u00e9 noir avec du miel et de beurre demi-sel est une association irr\u00e9sistible ! Je vous propose donc ma recette de cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e au sarrasin, avec une galette de sarrasin chaude et croustillante au beurre sal\u00e9, le tout servi du miel de sarrasin et du sarrasin grill\u00e9. Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.
