Está na altura de eu arranjar um novo fabricante de waffles para que eu possa apresentar-lhe melhores! Mas entretanto dou-vos a minha receita que tenho guardado preciosamente desde a minha infância. Esta é a que sempre preferi porque faz deliciosos waffles que são estaladiços e leves no exterior e derretem na boca por dentro. Além disso, não são muito doces, por isso pode compensar com muitas coisas proibidas…
Receita de waffles de feira:
-500g de farinha -150g de manteiga -6 ovos -50g de açúcar -750ml de leite semi-desnatado -1 colher de sopa de rum
Separar as gemas dos brancos. Colocar a manteiga derretida, o açúcar e as gemas numa tigela.
Acrescentar o rum.
Depois, cerca de um terço da farinha.
Comece a misturar com um batedor manual e adicione um pouco de leite.
Proceder desta forma, alternando um pouco de farinha e leite até que todos os ingredientes estejam esgotados. Isto evita a formação de caroços.
A massa é perfeitamente lisa.
Bater as claras de ovo até ficarem firmes.
Acrescentar as claras de ovo com colheres à mistura anterior, levantando a massa para que não caiam para trás.
Aquecer a ferro de waffle e encher a máquina com massa.
Cozinhar como indicado pelo nome da marca utilizada.
Cortar novamente os waffles (se necessário, pois algumas máquinas fazem belos waffles simples) e servir com açúcar de confeiteiro, fruta, etc.
