Não!! Estes não são cookies (embora eu adore a minha receita de cookies) ! Estes deliciosos pães curtos crocantes e derretidos são feitos com pistácios, avelãs, amêndoas, tâmaras e mel. Vários sabores que estão completamente em desacordo com o que se espera. Muito fáceis de fazer e rápidos de cozinhar, são ideais para uma festa de chá improvisada!
 

 

Receita para “biscoitos de frutos secos”:

-130g de amêndoas
-65g de pistachios
-130g de avelãs
-100g de datas
-160g de manteiga semi-salgada
-50g de mel
-150g de açúcar mascavado
-200g de farinha
-5g levedura

Misturar a manteiga, o mel e o açúcar mascavado numa tigela.

 
Colocar as amêndoas, pistácios e avelãs noutra tigela.
 
 
Retirar as pedras das datas e cortá-las em pedaços.
 
 
Misturar a farinha e o fermento.
 
 
Misture bem o açúcar, o mel e a manteiga para incorporar tudo.
 
 
Acrescentar a levedura/farinha.
 
 
Misturar bem e adicionar os frutos secos.
 
 

E as datas…

 
 
Misturar bem sem trabalhar em demasia a massa. Em seguida, enrolar a massa numa bola sobre película aderente.
 
 
Rodar com o filme para facilitar o trabalho.
Colocar a massa no frigorífico durante 30 minutos.
 
 
Cortar a salsicha de sangue em fatias de pouco menos de 1cm. Pré-aquecer o forno a 180°C.
 
 
Colocar as fatias sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
 
 
Cozer durante 14 minutos e depois arrefecer numa grelha de arame. Os ablés são macios quando saem do forno, por isso é preciso esperar antes de os comer!

Non!! Ce ne sont pas des cookies (même si j’adore ma recette de cookies) ! Ces délicieux sablés croquants et fondants sont à base de pistaches, noisettes, amandes, dattes et miel. De multiples parfums qui sont en totale contradiction avec ce que l’on en attend. Très faciles à réaliser et cuits rapidement, ils sont idéaux pour un thé à l’improviste!

Instructions

  • Mélanger le beurre, le miel et la cassonade dans un bol.
  • Mettre les amandes, pistaches et noisettes dans un autre bol.
  • Dénoyauter les dattes et les couper en morceaux.
  • Mélanger la farine et la levure.
  • Bien mélanger le sucre, miel et beurre pour tout incorporer.
  • Ajouter la levure/farine.
  • Bien mélanger puis ajouter les fruits secs.
  • Et les dattes ...
  • Bien mélanger sans trop travailler la pâte. Rouler ensuite la pâte en boudin sur un film étirable.
  • Rouler avec le film pour faciliter le travail.
    Mettre le boudin de pâte au frais pour 30 minutes.
  • Couper le boudin en tranches d’un peu moins 1cm. Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
  • Mettre les tranches sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé.
  • Cuire 14 minutes puis laisser refroidir sur une grille. Les ablés sont mous à la sortie du four, il faut donc attendre avant de les déguster!!
