Eis uma óptima maneira de prolongar o Verão com este delicioso gelado de leite de coco. Se já esteve nas Índias Ocidentais, então provavelmente já provou este fabuloso gelado. É frequentemente feita nas ruas, em gelatarias tradicionais de madeira onde se adiciona gelo e sal grosso. Esta receita é muito simples e aqui faço-a com a minha turbina! Num minuto a preparação está feita e vinte minutos depois o gelado está pronto para ser comido! Pode acrescentar raspa de lima, baunilha ou noz-moscada, como desejar. Prefiro simples e assim que se põe uma colher na boca, derrete-se literalmente com prazer!
