Os financiadores são bolos deliciosos que foram criados por volta de 1890 pelo confeiteiro Lasne, nas proximidades da Bolsa de Valores de Paris. Têm a forma de barras de ouro e foram assim designadas para apelar ao cliente rico do canto, o financiador da bolsa de valores. Foi um sucesso imediato! E nós compreendemos porquê! Aqui proponho uma variante de pistachio.
Receita para 40 pequenos financiadores de pistachio:
Misturar todos os ingredientes excepto manteiga numa tigela. Misturar bem para incorporar a pasta de pistachio.
Derreter a manteiga numa caçarola até à formação de espuma.
Adicioná-lo directamente à pasta de amêndoa e misturar bem.
Verter a massa para os moldes mini-financiadores e cozer directamente no forno durante 15 a 20 minutos (dependendo da potência do forno).
Não devem estar demasiado cozidos, apenas um pouco rachados no topo e ligeiramente acastanhados! Se não forem comidos durante o dia (o que é raro!), então armazene-os numa caixa hermética.
