Estes pães curtos têm um sabor realmente especial! A sua textura é extra crocante e derretida. Uma delícia muito simples de fazer.
Receita para “pão curto de papoila e baunilha”:
-250g de farinha
-200g de manteiga semi-salgada
-100g de açúcar de confeiteiro
-10g de gema de ovo
-30g de sementes de papoila azul
-1 colher de chá de baunilha em pó
-1/2 colher de chá baunilha líquida
Comece por colocar as sementes de papoila, baunilha em pó e líquido, gema de ovo, manteiga e açúcar de confeiteiro numa tigela.
Misturar para obter um creme suave.
Acrescentar a farinha de uma só vez.
E misture apenas o suficiente para incorporar a farinha, mas não mais! Desta forma, o pão curto manterá a sua textura saborosa!
Colocar a massa sobre um papel vegetal.
Colocar uma segunda folha em cima da massa e estendê-la para fora.
Colocar a massa num local fresco para colocar a manteiga, depois retirar a primeira folha de papel. Puxe cuidadosamente a massa para trás e retire o segundo papel. Use um cortador de biscoitos para formar tantos biscoitos de pão curto quantos necessitar.
Deixar o pão curto num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal e colocá-lo no frigorífico enquanto se pré-aquece o forno a 180°C (pelo menos 30min!).
Coloque no forno durante 15 minutos, mantendo-se atento ao tempo de cozedura, pois depende do forno!
Deixar os pães curtos a arrefecer numa estante de arame.
Guarde os pães curtos numa caixa hermética se sobreviverem o tempo suficiente!
