  • Enxágue e escorra o grão-de-bico. Coloque-os inteiros em um liquidificador pequeno com todos os ingredientes. No caso do manjericão, basta adicionar as folhas.
  • Adicione sal e pimenta a gosto.
  • Misture até obter uma consistência fina. Adoro quando não é muito suave!
  • Como observação, fiquei completamente viciado desde que conheci a couve-rábano.
  • Basta descascar e cortar em pedaços.
  • Para finalizar, mas totalmente opcional, adiciono alguns pinhões assados na frigideira.
  • Polvilhe o homus com tomates secos ao sol e regue com azeite de oliva. Sirva com pão fresco e crocante e/ou couve-rábano.
