Graças a Hakim por me ter ensinado esta fantástica receita! Foi realmente fabuloso para mim poder fazê-los com um perito, especialmente porque há algum tempo que queria saber os segredos dos baklawas. Já o tinha experimentado quando era adolescente, mas com lençóis de tijolo. Mas prefiro esta receita caseira mil vezes mais! Fizemos os baklawas numa panela gigante, por isso reduzi a receita para metade para servir panelas mais adequadas aos nossos fornos. Penso que se pode encher facilmente uma forma de bolo de 38cm de diâmetro (de MORA) com as quantidades indicadas...
